Chris Tweed | Co-founder & CEO
Chris co-founded Tweed Wealth in December 2013 with a vision of growing a forward-thinking Financial Advice Practice that supports families and business clients and provides a wealth of opportunity for talented people. Chris is a Chartered Financial Planner and undertook his MBA in 2020 at CASS Business School where Behavioural Finance was created. Chris has grown Tweed Wealth from no FUM and no clients in Dec 2013 to having more than £600M FUM and over 3,500 clients. Chris has quickly become a Primary thought leader within Financial Services and is regularly a panellist at Divisional Conferences and is sought out to be a member of working programmes across operational, advice or regulatory change initiatives.
Calum Graham | Automation Director
Calum joined the Paraplanning team at Tweed Wealth Management in March 2018. Since then, he has played a key role in working on our high-net-worth clients, particularly in areas such as complex pension and inheritance tax recommendations. Calum Co-founded Tweed Paraplanning. In 2023, Calum became the domain expert in Behavioural Finance, spearheading the automation of AutoSL and developing end-to-end back office automation/AI solutions. During this time, he has worked closely with the software engineers, executives, and numerous business leaders and stakeholders.
Callum Hamilton | Proposition Director
Callum joined the Tweed Wealth Management team in 2017 as a Trainee Paraplanner before becoming Commercial Director of Tweed Wealth Management in January 2023. Callum is a qualified Chartered Financial Planner and has helped build Tweed Wealth’s Paraplanning department from a standing start. In 2022 he became the inaugural Paraplanner of Year for St. James’s Place and has since helped SJP develop their paraplanning proposition to the partnership, among being part of their leadership practice peer group.
Alison Welsh | Executive Director
Alison co-founded Tweed Wealth, in December 2013 and has facilitated the growing of the business from x2 (Alison and Chris) to 32 people. An award winning Director she focuses on the management of the Tweed operational team, the strategy, financials, marketing, and the overall proposition. Alison has a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies and before founding Tweed Alison spent 6 years in corporate Pensions Consultancy. Alison's focus in Behavioural Finance is to ensure the client journey and level of service is optimum and that the operational team is robust.
Will Cowie | Chief Technology Officer
Will has over 25 years’ experience in tech, beginning his journey whilst still at school and continued throughout university. During this time, he has worked in varied sectors most recently in healthcare, being part of a startup that has gone on to achieve multi-national success.
